Returns & Exchanges
All items are made-to-order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it — no return needed. Just email photos and your order number to xo.snarkyremarks@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
If your order is returned due to an invalid address, we’ll refund the product cost (shipping may not be covered).
