Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once your snarky goodness is shipped, you'll get a tracking notification.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now, we only ship within the U.S. — but stay tuned, global snark domination is on our vision board.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We promise not to overcharge you for the luxury of receiving our humor by mail.

Q: Can I return something if I change my mind?
A: We don’t do “buyer’s remorse,” but we do stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right — no passive-aggressive energy required.

Q: Do you accept returns on digital or personalized items?
A: Nope — those are final sale. Once something’s printed or customized, it’s officially yours (like that tattoo you said was “temporary”).

Q: Are your cards and products good quality?
A: Absolutely. Everything is printed on premium materials with rich color and texture — because snark deserves nice paper too.

Q: Do your doormats actually hold up?
A: Yes! Each doormat is made to withstand weather, sarcasm, and the occasional dramatic doorstep entrance.

Q: Are your designs original?
A: 100%. Every phrase, design, and questionable idea was dreamed up right here — no Pinterest plagiarism, promise. Alexandra's online background is actually in food blogging so she has a huge passion for not stealing work - EVER.

Q: Can I customize a card or notebook?
A: Occasionally! We take custom requests if they fit our vibe — email us and we’ll see if it’s a match made in sarcastic heaven. hello@snarkyremarks.shop

Q: Can you ship gifts directly to someone else?
A: Of course. Just add their address at checkout and include a note (we’ll skip the receipt).

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Not yet, right now "we" are a one-woman, single-mom show who occasionally bugs her siblings to help out, but in-house wrapping is on the dream list!
